About Adam

Adam Gierlach is a Leadership Coach, a student of servant-leadership, and a former men's college basketball coach.

This website was specifically created as a portfolio representing a culmination of Adam's journey through

Gonzaga University's Master's in Organizational Leadership program.

Adam works primarily with students, student-athletes, and athletic coaches, developing more and better leaders, and helping leaders to become servant-leaders, using evidenced-based practices backed by measurable results and outcomes.

Adam is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

He holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Servant-Leadership.

Adam is also a doctoral student in Leadership Studies at Gonzaga University.
